This scenic tour of the capital city's outdoor wonderland takes in a 13k kayak, 18k bush run and 39k mountain bike. Enter as a team or individual. There is also a mountain bike duathlon option for non-kayakers.

Starts Petone Foreshore, finishes Lower Hutt Town Hall.
