The Christchurch Pop Up Concert Series

Under A Celtic Moon is the theme for the second show in the Pop Up Concert Series which will feature the creme de la creme of the contemporary celtic musical realms. from traditional & contemporary sounds to Latin Gypsy grooves & Celtic Fusion with some jazz and blues brewed in for good measure.

The host for the grass roots cabaret-style evening is Scottish-born Celtic soul and blues icon Isabella (Izzy) Miller Bell aka Ma Bell, who is producing and performing in the shows in collaboration with other world class local musicians /artists/sound & lighting technicians to stimulate and support local communities.

Ma Bell's guests include the fabulous James Wilkinson with Jon Maxim Hooker, Mama's Got the Blues and Doc Sanchez with modern violinist Yoomia Sim. Special guests include Tablo National Theatre, Danny Wilson & Laura Tomlin Taylor.
