Enter into the joy and clarity of the present moment! Gain liberating techniques to help face your fears, phobias and challenges of life.

How could one know the art of dying if they have not experienced the art of living? Life and death together are a continuation of each other and this is called existence. As we travel through life, we are paving the way and determining the quality of our departure.

"There is nothing more certain than physical death, and nothing more unknown than the moment when it comes." - Swami Muktidharma

Death is not the end of existence but a face of it; just as the moon has two faces. Rather then shunning and fearing death, prepare yourself to embrace the beauty of the “dark side of the moon.” By increasing the quality of life, you are in turn increasing the quality of death. Embrace the face of life in all its beauty, while learning about the face of death with ease, focusing on non-attachment.

Includes:
• Different yoga techniques as a preparation for departing from this physical plane
• Tools to develop a peaceful mental attitude in front of the impermanence of the physical body
• Practices to face and work through your fears & challenges

During your stay at Anahata Yoga Retreat amongst a beautiful backdrop, enjoy havans (ancient fire ceremony), yoga classes, kirtan (chanting), Satyananda Yoga Nidra™ (deep relaxation), ancient teachings and various programs to help liberate yourself from the chains that bind you.

Come experience the great human dilemma - the Art of Living and Dying!

Swami Muktidharma the New Zealand Acharya (spiritual guide), an inspiring teacher and speaker shares a deeply experiential and practical understanding of yoga with more than 40 years of yoga practice.

Private sessions: available by appointment.
Find out which practices suit your personality, body type, health challenges and energy flow. Receive a personal program and ask questions about your spiritual path.

Swami Muktidharma blends and applies practices according to individual needs in the treatments of mental, emotional, physical and spiritual imbalances. Yogic practices are powerful aids in the treatment of chronic fatigue, asthma and diabetes. Digestive, structural, blood pressure and heart problems can also be balanced.
