It’s time for New Zealand country music fans to celebrate!

At long last, and in celebration of the much loved and iconic '80s television show, you get to see some of the original stars “live on stage” for the first time that the show has ever been taken out of its Christchurch Town Hall environment.

As was the case on TV, Ray Columbus hosts the show in his inimitable cheeky style, and welcomes some of the biggest names to ever appear on “That’s Country” – the irrepressible Suzanne Prentice, the wild man from Australia – Jade Hurley, and our own Toni Williams who was the star of the recent Country Music Awards. These artists are supported by backing vocalists, Echo’N Harmony.

In addition excitement has peaked at the announcement that Legends Award Winner, and current chart-topper, Dennis Marsh is to appear as special guest on this tour.

This is a truly “live” concert tour, and the singers will be accompanied by members of the original band that appeared on the television show. Gary Sammons, Doug Petrie, Brian Ringrose, Paddy Long and the MD will be Mike McCarthy.

Re-live some of the greatest country music ever written, songs like “Country Cookin’“, “Try A Little Kindness”, “You Don’t Know Me” and much, much more when the genuine and official “That’s Country” tour comes to town!
