2012 is the 10th anniversary of the tournament. This year the Lucky Angler Draw is a $3000 boat package, sponsored by Ulrich Aliminiumn and Skelton Craft.
Prize categories are:
1st to 3rd Heaviest Brown Trout;
1st to 3rd Heaviest Rainbow Trout;
1st to 3rd Best Condition Factor;
Average weight.
Juniors:
Section 1: 3-11 years;
Section 2: 12-17 years.
1st to 3rd condition factor in each section.
Average weight and average condition factor.
Earlybird draw: for entries received by 16th March, be in to win 1 of 2 $100 vouchers from Waterside Restaurant and Bar, Taupo.
