TAHI 12: The Last Dance

Strong Pacific Families Porirua is bringing back it's last instalment with TAHI 12: the Last Dance.

TAHI, or Te Rauparaha Arena Hip-Hop Invitational, started in 2008 as the opening event to the newest venue in the Wellington region, Te Rauparaha Arena, and has been a huge draw for the Porirua and Wellington communities.

An evening traditionally laced with New Zealand's best hip-hop crews and finest performers in urban music, TAHI 12 will not disappoint.

We welcome back the world champion mega crew Royal Family who host renowned dance crews Request, Misfits and Sorority. Our local crews The Company's, De La Funk, CKC and The Associates will be gracing the stage as well as the teams who make up The R.E.A.L, Seek Dance Company and Blueprint.

Also included are a number of local upcoming vocalists from Porirua who will be showcasing their outstanding talent.

We complete the night with upcoming reggae artist Sammy J, NZ's number one RnB crooner Pieter T and NZ hip-hop's finest on the domestic and international stage, Savage! This year, TAHI will be hosted by Fresh TV's very own Uncle Ra.

All these artists and dance crews have come together to help us celebrate Te Rauparaha Arena's 4th birthday and so should you!
