Sundaise Music and Sustainability Boutique Festival is a 2 day festival and will showcase music, art and workshops from noon on Saturday through to late afternoon Sunday. A community and family event featuring music from award winning artists Paddy Free from Pitch Black fame and The Nomad (touring on the back of his sixth album). Top talent of Herm Dub from Mount Maunganui, The Twisted Daisies from Waihi Beach, Tait Kora, Craig Radford from New Plymouth (playing an acoustic set) and Melatonin from Melbourne, plus many more. Over 20 acts! Workshops (such as home composting, seed-saving, making mozzarella cheese, worm-farming, yoga and pilates) will be run with the background tunes from DJs Chicalicorika from Waiheke FM, Nevah from Rotorua, Ghostnote and much more. There will be children’s events such as bush skills, making traditional Maori flute, puppet shows and story-tellers. We’ll also have a stall area selling clothing, art and fresh food and non-alcoholic drinks.

Surrounded by the native bush of the Kaimai-mamaku park and overlooked by the awesome Mount Karangahake. A beautiful mountain river borders the event site along with sandy fresh water beaches and walking tracks. Walk through tunnels and discover a rich vein of history. Wake up to bird song in this beautiful tranquil spot.

Only 90 mins from Auckland.
