Sky-high stress is endemic in our society. Not only can stress make life less enjoyable and contribute to symptoms such as headaches, insomnia, and back pain, but it's also linked to many chronic health conditions.
In this unique workshop series, led by instructor Gabrielle Harris, you will learn to cope with daily stresses and pressures, as well as:
- Breathing techniques (Pranayama) - for relaxing the nervous system;
- Mindful meditation - basic meditation techniques;
- Postures to soothe and relax - yin yoga poses to rest and renew;
- Yoga Nidra - deep relaxation.
Your abundance experience does not end in the studio; carry your practice off the mat and utilise these stress less techniques in your daily life.
This workshop is suitable for all levels, no yoga experience necessary. Classes held at Abundance Studio Thorndon in a gently warmed room.
