Sport Manawatu is calling all kids aged between five and 13 who enjoy running, riding a bike and swimming to register for their kids triathlon on March 28 right here in Feilding. The Splash and Dash Kids Triathlon is completely focused on having fun and building confidence in these activities and not about winning.
There will be loads of support on the day, spot prizes and free swim passes and BBQ for every child that takes part. Entry is free so there’s really no excuse not to do it. There are shorter and longer distances available, depending on your age group.You don’t need to be super fit or fast; you just need to bring along your enthusiasm and a fun attitude.
The Splash and Dash Kids Triathlon involves a run, bike and slip and slide and other water activities. Every child who takes part will receive a free swim pass at the Makino pool.
