Have you ever wanted to be able to speak well, be yourself and feel comfortable in front of a group of people, either in your personal life or professional career? Do you want to expand your confidence with groups for better business or for pleasure?
Then Speaking Circles® is the place for you.
Whether you have speaking anxiety or simply want to express yourself with more clarity and impact, Relational Presence practice at Speaking Circle® programs will guide you in effortlessly and effectively presenting your authentic self, any time and anywhere.
Speaking Circles® programs transform the way people communicate by focusing on the essential first step missing in conventional public speaking trainings - the connection between speaker and listeners.
Our relationship-based approach provides facilitated listening support in which you explore and discover how to express yourself confidently and naturally in your own unique style, without performance techniques.
Speaking Circles will take place on the following dates: 1 March, 15 March, 29 March, 12 April, 26 April, and 10 May. You are free to attend one session to see if it suits, or all of them if the work resonates for you. Entry-fee discounts are available for regular participation.
Benefits you receive:
- You will have increased self-esteem and self-confidence
- You will reclaim and exercise your unique voice
- You will feel fully seen and heard in a kind, compassionate manner
- You will have increased capacity to give/receive attention and support
