Flaxmere College invites you to the sixth annual “Spacifically Pacific” (Spac Pac) event. Every year, regional events are held through which agencies and individuals working with Pasifika youth come together to communicate their work and their vision. This year, Flaxmere College is proud to host the event for the Hawke’s Bay region.
The vision of Spac Pac is to promote inter-agency collaboration and to strengthen the networks that support Pacific education. This year’s Spac Pac features ten events showcasing a rich and lively mix of inspirational speakers, music and cultural performances, expos, workshops and much more. This is an opportunity for Pacific youth to share the importance of their culture and families, and their aspirations for the future. It is expected that more than 3000 people will take part in the event this year.
