Single Parents Workshops

If you're a single mum or dad and are looking for a group that offers social activities and support groups, then this is for you! This is a workshop developed from years of single parenting experiences to rebuild your identity or make a new one in what we believe the ‘best you can be’. We have funding to pay for costs so it’s free to attend and it’s in a group setting so we take the journey together.

We’ll look at our make-up, programming, role models, hormones, ideologies, past events and see where these have brought us and are taking us. We'll look at the impact past negative events, separation and single parenting has placed on us and the effect on our thoughts, feelings and actions - which gives us not just clarity but choices for a way forward. We'll look at our human needs and the needs of others so that we can balance our lives and reach for our goals in the interest of ourselves and our children. By the end of the workshop you'll have clarity for a way forward that caters solely for you and understand yourself a whole lot more than before. It’s a beautiful journey that gives tools for a beautiful life.

We have booked a day workshop and a night workshop (so all can attend). Children welcome and we will take care of them so you can focus on yourself.
