The Friends of The Dowse are excited to be hosting Wellington collector and ceramics historian, Simon Manchester in a discussion and tour of Len Castle: A Tribute as well as further insights into Castle's life and work. The talk is followed by refreshments.
Simon has been collecting for over 25 years and has a comprehensive personal collection of Len Castle’s work. He sits on the board of Trustees for the Blumhardt Foundation and is a ceramic consultant at the auction house Dunbar Sloane. You can hear an interview with Simon on Kim Hill's Saturday morning show, National Radio, Saturday 12 May.
