Relive some of the Bard's greatest moments, characters and words, in this "promenade-style" show, set amongst the natural beauty of Queen's Park during the height of summer.
Audiences will be escorted on a journey during which they will encounter some of the best of Shakespeare's works. Lady Macbeth, Puck, Portia, the Witches and Romeo are just a few of the characters you will find. Experience the power of the sonnet, enjoy the drunken exploits of Caliban and witness Macbeth's demise, all in the course of an hour.
Tickets are available from the Invercargill i-SITE from the beginning of January.
This is Shakespeare in the Park Charitable Trust's Twelfth annual production, produced by Venture Southland.
Please note that the show is repeated each session, with small groups making their journey at intervals throughout the evening. The first group will leave at 6.00pm, the last group will leave at 7.15pm. (For matinee the first group will leave at 1pm, the last group at 2.30pm)
