Learn the fundamentals of coaching sevens rugby.

This is your chance to ensure you provide your players with a successful pathway into this 2016 Olympic sport.
This free workshop will be a basic 101 course, showing coaches how to coach sevens, the structure of the game and training drills to improve fitness, skills and create space.

Who: School teachers and club coaches.
