Learn the fundamentals of playing sevens rugby.

Now a 2016 Olympic sport, the regional and national selectors will be watching the Regional Secondary Schools’ Sevens tournament with interest. This is your opportunity to gain the essential knowledge to improve your game and impress your coach for selection.

See your sports coordinator to register for this free camp today.

When: March 8, 15 and 22 at 4:15pm
Who: School boys and girls aged 16 and over
What to bring: mouth guard, boots, training clothing and your own water-bottle.
