The Government has cut funding to TVNZ7. When it ceases to broadcast at the end of June, it will be the end of free-to-air public broadcasting as we know it.
This means we won't get to see the more special interest, thought provoking, education and special interest programmes only public service television can provide.
Help save public service TV.
Join the Masterton meeting where several speakers will discuss the pending demise of TVNZ7 and what can be done to reinstate a commercial-free public service TV channel.
Moderator is Bomber Bradbury. Other speakers include Tom Frewen, Dr Wayne Hope, Green MP Julie-Anne Genter, Labour MP Kris Faafoi.
