The Rise Up Team Challenge is a team-based running and cycling event to get Christchurch moving. The earthquakes that have struck us here in Christchurch have shaken us all in a big way. One way of working back to normality is getting active "Exercise is Medicine".

The Rise Up Team Challenge is designed to be a catalyst to encourage us all to return to a healthy active lifestyle through a fun event that caters for everyone.

The event is held at the Ruapuna raceway which is an ideal venue with no traffic.

There are events for kids, high school students, adults (social and competitive) - something for everyone
