Assembled by trumpet player Lex French (ex-Black Seeds) on his return from New York, the Richter City Rebels are Wellingtons first and finest New Orleans Second-line Band.

Drawing on the rich traditions of soul, funk, and blues that make up the No-La brass-band sound, the Rebels get feet dancin and hips a-shakin'. With an international line-up featuring Adam Page (Strike, Afronauts), and Dan Hayles (Myele Manzanza), the Rebels will make you get your sweat on.

Recorded live at Wellington Institution Havana, their debut album drops 21st February.
