We have the honour of hosting Brahmachari Shraddhamrita ji, who is a prime disciple of Satguru Sri Mata Amritanandamayi Devi. Br.ji will guide us through a special one day intensive program to deepen our spiritual practice.

The day will start with Walking meditation and Shav asana. A devotional movie to touch our hearts, a silent break, will be followed by Devi puja - ‘for general wellbeing’, Bhajans, talk and Q&A session. Silence is encouraged as much as possible to deepen to inner experience

Note: $21, will be charged to participate in the Puja.

A vegetarian lunch, tea and snacks will be provided during breaks. Amma books, CDs, DVDs will be on sale.
