A weekly Friday night restorative yoga practice offers time and space to deeply unwind and rest. Restorative yoga may significantly reduce stress, resulting in improved circulation and digestion. The practice is simple, and often mentally challenging for yoga students more familiar with muscular skeletal practices, however the effects can help to deeply restore mental and physical balance.
Karla is an experienced and qualified teacher. She has taught restorative yoga classes for over 12 years in Auckland, and in retreat environments.
Class is held every Friday night in Grey Lynn. Students of all experience and any tradition welcome.
