Reiki-Seichem Level 1

Reiki Seichem is an ancient form of energy healing practised and taught for many centuries as a complementary healing technique and method of relaxation.

The Reiki Seichem energy works to harmonise any imbalances in the body, working on the physical, emotional, psychological and spiritual levels. It helps remove blockages. It can be used for effective pain relief and the healing of past, present and future pains.

This first level provides you with the Reiki and Seichem attunements and teaches you how to heal yourself and work on friends and family. You will also receive a Reiki Seichem treatment yourself during the day.

Run by highly experienced and well respected Reiki-Seichem Master/Teacher, Psychologist and Integrative Therapist Amberley Meredith, this is a wonderful way to expand your own innate healing abilities and help yourself achieve greater inner and outer well-being.

Optional extra: Join us for free yoga and stretch class at 7.45AM.
