Raw Circus is a performance showcase of new circus works by students of Wellington Circus Hub.

Wellington Circus Trust is proud to present the first performance in their new venue within Te Whaea. Wellington Circus Hub - a new home for circus and a place for many exciting circus programmes, for students of all ages and experience level.

Expect to see extraordinary balance, astounding strength and exquisite contortion... from Wellington's emerging circus stars.

Proudly part of the 2012 NZ Fringe Festival.

Wellington Circus Trust was formed as a charitable Trust in December 2005. At that time there were a number of talented and enthusiastic circus professionals and amateurs who were creating wonderful performances, training and engaging in teaching and learning but finding the facilities and infrastructure was always a challenge. The Trust was formed in order to be able to set up the infrastructure needed for artists to train and share circus with the Wellington public.
