Go mountain biking. Go running. Go walking. The park is open to anyone who would like to have a mountain bike ride, go for a run or a walk.

This is not a competition, it is for your enjoyment. Spot prizes galore.

Bring water, a windbreaker, stopwatch (if competitive) and camera (if not). There are four courses to choose from, suitable for novices through to those with experience.

Approximately 10km, 8km, 6km & 4km.

You can mix these up and make your day out as long as you want.
