Join 1931 Hawke's Bay Earthquake historian and author, Michael Fowler, for a guided walk around a central part of the Hastings CBD. This tour recalls many dramatic stories of the 1931 earthquake, and views 'earthquake scars' still remaining in Hastings, 81 years after New Zealand's worst natural disaster, in terms of lives lost.
The tour takes approximately 60 minutes. Departing from the Hastings i-Site Thursday, 16 February 12.30pm; Friday, 17 February, 1pm and Saturday, 18 February 11.30am. Price $15.
