Moving with Mish.
Exercising is fun so get out of those office chairs and join three times New Zealand Personal Trainer of the Year Mish McCormack and her Mishfitness team at Frank Kitts Park for free weekly 30 minute outdoor group exercise sessions at 12.15pm every Wednesday for 6 weeks commencing on the 1st of February 2012.
Designed for people of all fitness levels, the programme involves walking (or jogging) followed by easy bodyweight and rubber band resistance exercises. Lots of fun is guaranteed and heaps of random spot prizes add to the excitement.
Moving with Mish is good for your heart, will tone your thighs, help deflate that spare tyre and leave you bouncing off the walls.
