It is a time to reflect on the past, acknowledging those who have passed on whilst looking towards the future and the up coming new season. When the star Puanga (Rigel) first appears in our night sky it is a signal to harvest, gather, share, learn and entertain. Join us for a special Puanga concert for young and old where we will light up the night.
See live music from The Black Trio and Culture Kids, a fashion show, have a picnic dinner or eat at the food stalls and wrap up in your woollies and blankets when we gather under the stars for a uniquely Whanganui celebration.
