A new generation pressure cooker makes fast cooking safe and easy. Learn techniques to be confident with making meals and desserts simple and easy. The three dishes cooked will demonstrate how versatile a pressure cooker is. Learn about the different pressure cookers now available for sale and what makes them safer than the pressure cookers our grandmother used.
