Restrictions: All Ages

Ticket Information:

  • 6 weeks x 1 class per week: $95.00
  • 6 weeks x 2 classes per week: $165.00
  • 6 weeks x 1 class per week - concession: $85.00
  • 6 weeks x 2 classes per week - concession: $135.00
  • Booking fees may apply

Practicing Yoga during pregnancy is the best way to prepare your body and your baby for birth. It is important to find a specialised pregnancy yoga class to meet the needs of you and your baby in the best possible way, as not all yoga practices are recommended during pregnancy. We focus on simple, strengthening postures, relaxation and breathing techniques, which are valuable during labour.

A specialised pregnancy yoga practice can:
- Help prepare you for labour and birthing;
- Ease growing pains and pregnancy back pain;
- Provide valuable breath awareness and calm;
- Provide a space for connecting with your baby;
- Help position your baby in the optimal position for a smoother birth;
- Provide support and connect you with other mums to be.

The classes are on:
Mondays - lunch time class 12:15-1:15pm;
Wednesdays - 6-7pm;
Thursdays - 5:30pm-6:30pm.
