With popular local children’s author Juliette MacIver. Author of the popular Marmaduke Duck series and other titles. Seven books of Juliette’s to be given away as spot prizes.

Authors' readings, children's involvement, audio-visual presentation, spot prizes and light refreshments

Readings by local authors and poets.
Announcement of Children’s Writing competition.
Light refreshments – tea coffee and fruit juice, finger foods.
Mix mingle and meet the authors.
It is hoped to have some of the authors’ books, which may be available for purchase and/or signing on the night.
Spot prizes include books and book vouchers.
An audio visual display of the proposed writers’ walk, business plan and design concepts will also be on view.
