Here's what others have to say about it -
'I definitely feel stronger and fitter. I have noticed improvements in various back and shoulder issues. My general posture has improved and been noticed by others.' Andrew H - Feilding
'I am enjoying the classes, and feel that they are just what I need. I think Pilates is a great form of exercise for balancing and building muscle strength. The classes go very quickly and the way in which you present all your material is very professional and well thought out.' Paula C - Milson
'I was very pleased with the focus on breathing and the time we spent gaining awareness of the muscles. I also enjoyed that you went around to check... I find it hard to trust that I am doing it right.' Lilian F - Palmerston North
