Internationally renowned pianist Piers Lane will present the Waikanae Music Society’s 2012 “Celebrity Recital”. Opening the concert will be Hungarian Songs by Bartok, followed by a bracket of favourite Debussy pieces including the famous L'Isle Joyeuse and then a substantial work by Liszt - Venezia e Napoli. The second half of the concert will be devoted to the complete Waltzes of Chopin.
