The Puertas String Quartet, founded in London in 2009, has met with considerable success both in New Zealand and overseas. New Zealand Symphony Orchestra Principal Viola Julia Joyce and her husband Andrew Joyce (who is the NZSO’s Principal Cello) will be joined by British violinists Ellie Fagg and Tom Norris in a programme of quartets by Haydn, Ravel and Tchaikovsky.
