In her book Parenting with the Ex Factor, Jill works to inspire divorced parents to 'stop drinking poison' and start constructively building their new parenting model. Her passion is working with people to gain greater skills and knowledge — and she loves parenting! Putting the two together, Jill's mission is to work alongside parents to grow the best parenting style for their children and for future generations.

As part of her personal passion and gift, Jill has founded the Complex Family Foundation, with a team of like-minded people who share the core vision. The organisation provides ongoing support and education for parents, and those who are either part of, or are influenced by, the Complex Family.
