On Saturday December 1st, 2012 there will be nonstop activity in the Square from 10am culminating in the Christmas Parade at 4pm.
Shop for local produce and crafts at the Red Cross/Country Road Christmas Market.
If you wish to have a stall at the market, email manawatu@redcross.org.nz.
Enjoy the entertainment on stage from 2pm, including unicycle hockey nearby.
Then line up and watch as hundreds participate in the Palmerston North Christmas Parade at 4pm.
The route will be around the Square, and promises a few surprises along the way, with plenty of fun for the whole family.
Businesses need to be a sponsor to enter this event, which has free entry for community groups.
Free buses will be operating around the city. The last buses (home only) will leave after the parade at 5:30pm.
