Delicious, healthy eating at your doorstep. Join Fleur Sullivan (restaurateur) and Sally Carson (NZ Marine Studies Centre, University of Otago) to learn all you ever wanted to know about edible seaweeds.

Learn to identify different edible seaweeds and understand their nutritional values. Create a fish meal using bull kelp bags and finish up with a seaweed/seafood lunch at Orokonui Ecosanctuary. Maximum 30 people - get in quick!
