Oruawharo Homestead is once again the magnificent backdrop for the annual Opera at Oruawharo.

Musical director and renowned local soprano Ileana Otto-Johansen is joined by a world class group of entertainers guaranteed to delight opera lovers with their range of talents. Soak up the afternoon sun as you laze on the perfectly manicured lawns surrounded by friends, song and the tranquil beauty of Central Hawke's Bay.

This year, the event is being held at Art Deco Weekend and we invite you to dress up in your finest period costume, pack your picnic rug and join us for an afternoon of very special entertainment.
