Held at the fantastic Northbrook Waters Lifestyle Estate utilising the exclusive man-made lake with a golden beach and clear water within country surroundings.
* Triathlon short course - 100m swim, 15km cycle, 3.5km run/walk
* Triathlon long course - 750m swim, 26km cycle, 6km run
* Duathlon short course - 1km run/walk, 15 km cycle, 3.5km run/walk
* Duathlon long course - 3km run, 26km cycle, 6 km run
All events can be entered as an individual or team and are open to males and females.
Entry forms and payments to be received by Friday 17th Feb 2012
Late entries will be accepted up to 6pm, Monday 27th 2012
