The Part II Nordic Walking workshop will complete your basic Nordic Walking technique. Designed to ensure you are getting the most out of this activity so you continue to improve your fitness, posture and energy use! Please pay $*6.00 directly to tutor for pole hire.
Meet at Sir Peter Blake Marine Education & Recreation Centre, Beach Rd, Long Bay. Each workshop is two hours long. Please wear suitable footwear and bring water, hat, sunglasses and sunscreen. Rest stops will be taken throughout the workshop. In some cases medical and mobility conditions may mean that the workshop format is not suitable for you. Please contact tutor (June 0274 383 923) directly to discuss your needs.

Must have attended Workshop Part 1.
