This workshop is designed to give you an introduction to the basics of Nordic Walking. Get professional coaching and individual advice which will teach you the correct Nordic Walking technique, so that you can start to reap the benefits of this awesome activity! Please pay $*6.00 directly to tutor for pole hire.
Meet at Sir Peter Blake Marine Education & Recreation Centre, Beach Rd, Long Bay. Each workshop is two hours long. Please wear suitable footwear and bring water, hat, sunglasses and sunscreen. Rest stops will be taken throughout the workshop. In some cases medical and mobility conditions may mean that the workshop format is not suitable for you.
