Our trials are a great introduction to Nordic Walking. We supply the poles you have the fun! Each trial is with an NZ INWA© certified Nordic Walking Instructor and provides an overview of the benefits of this unique and innovative exercise. You will be surprised at how good it feels!

Meet at the car park by the Surf Club.
