The course consists of 4 one hour class. It's an introductory class and will cover the Nordic Walking basic technique. Classes are given by an INWA qualified coach for your safety and enjoyment, the classes are fun and is easy, please bring a water bottle and a waterproof classes commence rain or shine!

Registration essential.

The fee for the course is $55 (incl. pole hire).
