Course 2: My Team and Me

• For secondary students and adults coaching Intermediate and Lower Secondary School Teams
• Suitable for A and B Grade, helpful for C Grade also. Suitable for Lower High School teams also.
• An exciting new resource that has 12 complete sessions from warm up through to cool down, plenty of practical help to get you started for the season.
