Love your body, love your life - this is the promise behind Nia.

Through movement we find health - many years of research have been proved that when we move our bodies in accordance with the natural ways of the body's way of moving, we promote healing on a very deep level.

Learn to listen to your own body, to move it in ways that bring you pleasure while having a fun time dancing to great music and making new friends.

This is a 2-hour workshop devoted to you and your body - bring water, a towel for your comfort and a mat for floor work if you wish. Wear comfortable clothing - anything which does not restrict your movement in any way.
