Training times are Mon/Wed/Fridays Mornings and Evenings, for session times please contact us directly. Total you are paying for 15 amazing training sessions!
Various sessions available, not all listed here, please call or email us to find out the Sparta Session times, some mornings, some evenings on the North Shore. Includes gym-based training and outdoors!
Train with two qualified strength and conditioning coaches DJ and Sam. It's functional, intense, and full of sweat down your face!
The workouts will be scaled to your level, and the positive energy you experience will help you keep your intensity in that progress zone.
Each session will include a warm up, instructional workout and finish with stretching. Every workout you do will be different from the last and all of them will keep you wanting more. Locations change from day to day so you never get bored with the same setting. (North Shore based).
You will have your coach available during the entire session to help with technique and answer any questions you may have.

Warning: This is not your usual generic running amok bootcamps, our regimens are carefully designed and varied. You'll be required to use a multitude of excercise equipment and toughen up! But the results are well worth it!
