Music, the Sacred Catalyst, with Totem Animal Wisdom

The Native Americans have a wonderful and very wise saying: 'until we look back with compassion, we can never look forward with clarity'. This day offers this opportunity, gently powerful, nurturing and deeply respectful of each individual's personal journey. This day will show you some of your personal chains, your unresolved emotional issues, and gently and respectfully support you in giving them expression and movement (starting the process of healing them).

You will need to bring a plate of food to share for lunch - tea/coffee/biccies provided - drawing pad or paper of at least 15 pages (the larger the better) and coloured crayons/pens/felt tip pens. Early bookings are helpful as the course size is limited. Check in from 8:45am. Come and relax and have a cuppa before we start.
