The Multicultural Festival is a great time to celebrate cultural diversity in Marlborough. It brings together a big number of people every year and everyone enjoys the entertainment from a wide range of ethnic groups from all parts of the world. We will have music and dance, amazing food and activities for the children. Complementing the entertainment, information stalls will be available and some craft display.

This is a free, very family friendly and alcohol-free community event for all. Join in the sharing of the very things we all have in common and that are so wonderful to enjoy in their diversity - the food, song and dance of our planet. The Multicultural Festival is organised by the Marlborough Migrant Centre. Come along and celebrate the colourful cultural diversity of our region.

This is the seventh annual Multicultural Festival, a bright colourful fun-filled celebration of multicultural Marlborough. The Festival is held each year close to Race Relations Day; the theme this year is A Fair Go For All. The Multicultural Festival brings many people together to share their backgrounds, cultural traditions, crafts, music, food and unique stories. We are reminded that we are all global neighbours, coming together to live more closely in our wonderful province.

A wide range of stalls and entertainment from all parts of the world will be available at the Multicultural Festival. The Festival MC will be Scott Radovanovich, from Classic Hits Radio, Marlborough.

Come and enjoy the entertainment from a diverse range of ethnic groups from around the globe; music and dance, delicious food, crafts, information stalls and activities for children. There will be lots of different music and dance performances from various countries and cultures; the stage will feature performances by the many talented migrants from our area. It is recommended that you arrive hungry, as there will be a myriad of great food stalls from which you will be able to choose from many delectables from many continents. There will be information and activity stalls and some special treats for the children, such as face painting and storytelling.

This is a free, very family friendly and alcohol-free community event for all. Join in the sharing of the very things we all have in common and that are so wonderful to enjoy in their diversity - the food, song and dance of our planet.
