This 19km mountain run as part of the Porirua Grand Traverse takes in some stunning scenery. The course route takes you on a spectacular off road run up Colonial Knob and along the shores of Cook Strait, up and over Whitireia peak and finishing triumphantly at Whitireia Polytech.
