Track days are designed to be a fun, non competitive environment for you to improve your bike handling and riding skills. Go as fast or slow as you like with no cars (or police) to worry about. trackdays are designed to cater for all riders, from learners to people born on two wheels. Riders are split into 4 groups depending on their experience and ability.
