Improve breath awareness, circulation, posture, mobility, flexibility and strength through consistent practice of hatha yoga. Classes are held in the stunning ballroom at Cotter House. Surrounded by gardens, the Cotter House ballroom provides space and a sanctuary to dive into the restorative and revitalising effects of yoga practice.
Karla is an experienced and qualified teacher. She teaches retreats, workshops, corporate wellness programmes and private lessons throughout Auckland. She is inspired to share yoga adapted to each individual enhancing the effects of the practice into every day life.
Weekly classes:
Tuesday 9.30-10.45am, beginners and experienced
